    Meal Plan is an innovative web application designed to connect home chefs with individuals looking for convenient, home-cooked meals. The platform allows home chefs to sign up and list their menus, while customers, known as Meal Planners, can pre-order meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for an entire month. To streamline the process, delivery riders collect the meals from the home chefs and deliver them to the Meal Planners at scheduled times.

    The logo prominently features the name “Meal Plan” in a bold, Lucida Sans typeface, which communicates clarity and trustworthiness. The red color used for the text is both vibrant and warm, evoking feelings of passion and home-cooked goodness.
    At the heart of the logo is a clock, not only symbolizes the importance of time in meal planning but also conveys the reliability of the service—meals delivered on time, every time. The clock hands are creatively depicted as a spoon and fork, adding a playful and relevant touch to the design. This clever use of utensils emphasizes the culinary focus of the platform, while also hinting at the convenience it offers to both Home Chefs and Meal Planners. tagline “Happiness is homemade” is further reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering not just meals, but the warmth and comfort of home-cooked food.
    For Home Chefs, streamlined sign-up process, a clean dashboard for managing orders, a user-friendly menu management system, and a color-coded calendar for scheduling. The order and review management screens are structured to provide clarity and ease of use. This interface empowers Home Chefs to efficiently manage their operations, focusing on delivering quality homemade meals with minimal hassle.
    A clean, modern design with intuitive navigation, allowing Meal Planners to easily browse menus, select meals, and place orders. The interface includes options for filtering by cuisine type, meal preferences, and price range, ensuring that users can quickly find meals that suit their tastes. The checkout process is straightforward, with clear summaries of selected items and payment options. Additionally, the interface encourages users to rate their dining experience, fostering a sense of community and quality feedback.
    The admin interface for the Meal Plan application is meticulously designed to provide comprehensive control and oversight of the entire platform. These screens enable Administrators to manage Home Chefs, Meal Planners, and delivery operations efficiently. The dashboard offers a clear overview of key metrics, including active users, orders in progress, and system performance. Admins can easily monitor and manage menus, update pricing, and ensure the quality of meals through review and feedback management tools.
    The interface provide Delivery Riders with clear instructions on their assigned deliveries, including pick-up locations, meal details, and customer addresses. It features real-time navigation integration, helping riders plan efficient routes and track their progress throughout the day. Riders can easily update the status of each delivery, from pick-up to drop-off, ensuring that both Home Chefs and Meal Planners are informed of the order’s progress.

    Online Tutoring Platform Development

    Interactive Whiteboard: A central tool that allowed tutors to write, draw, and upload documents or images, which were then streamed live to all students in the session.

    Real-Time Video and Audio Streaming: Tutors could conduct live classes with full video and audio integration, ensuring that students could participate as if they were in a physical classroom.

    Class Scheduling: Tutors could schedule classes through the platform, with students receiving notifications and reminders.

    User-Friendly Interface: Both students and tutors found the platform easy to navigate, making the learning experience enjoyable and effective.

    Branding Materials

    Senelgo Tours, a tourism business based in Sri Lanka, approached us to revamp their brand identity and create a dynamic, user-friendly website. Their goal was to establish a stronger online presence, attract more tourists, and streamline the management of their tour offerings and client interactions. Our task was to design a brand identity that resonates with Sri Lanka’s rich culture, develop a visually appealing website, and create a custom CMS that allows easy content updates and management.

    Brand Identity Design

    We started by understanding Senelgo Tours’ vision and the cultural significance of their services. The brand identity was crafted to reflect the serene and spiritual aspects of Sri Lanka, symbolized through a modern and simplistic logo inspired by the iconic Buddha imagery, paired with vibrant colors representing the lush landscapes and the vibrant culture of the island. The brand name “Senelgo Tours” was stylized with a modern font, incorporating colors that evoke feelings of adventure and tranquility.

    Website Design

    The website was designed to be visually compelling, showcasing the beauty of Sri Lanka through high-quality imagery and a clean, modern layout. Key sections were created to feature popular destinations, customer testimonials, and an easy-to-use booking system. The design focused on responsive elements to ensure optimal performance across all devices.

    Custom CMS Development

    A custom CMS was developed to allow Senelgo Tours to easily update their website with new tour packages, images, testimonials, and more. The CMS was designed with an intuitive user interface, making it accessible for non-technical users. Features included managing client bookings, reviews, and testimonials with ease, enabling the Senelgo Tours team to keep the website up-to-date without needing external help.
